Sanaei Culture Center and Sanaei Library are located on Sanaei Street. This cultural complex was built to improve the cultural level of society and entertainment. Computer equipment and the construction of a museum in this complex have made it a suitable place for the youth of the region.
The most important feature of Sanaei Street is the easy access to the large entertainment pier of Kish. The distance between Sanaei Street and the entertainment pier is about five minutes. Proximity to Kish Island Diving Center and Maryam Bowling are other important features of Sanaei Street.

The newest hotel of Kish Island, which was established in 2018, with the name of five-star Panorama Hotel, is located on Sahel Street.
Zeitoun Shopping Center, which is one of the most famous markets in this area, is located on Sahel Street. The architecture of this shopping center is very remarkable for tourists. This shopping center has 96 stalls. The old pier of Kish Island, which is one of the entertainment places in this area, is located on Sahil Street. The international convention center of Kish Island is also built near Sahel Street.
Tehran Street, Kish Island
Tehran street is located in the east of the island and it is possible to access Sadaf town from this street. Sharif University of Technology is located on Tehran Street, Kish Island. The distance between Tehran Street and China Mall and Marwarid Mall is not much. Tehran Boulevard ends at Amir Kabir Square at one end and Deliran Square at the other end.
One of the most important features of Tehran Street is the presence of many hotels in this area. Three-star Parsian Nik Hotel, two-star Phoenix Hotel, three-star Lotus Hotel, four-star Sorint Maryam Hotel, four-star Sorint Sadaf Hotel, four-star Flamingo Hotel and five-star Iran Hotel are located on this street.

Kish Island Highland Amusement Park is located on Persian Gulf Boulevard. Access to Kish island karting is possible through this street. Along this boulevard, there are Iran, Gardenia, Sunrise and Cyrus hotels.
New settlements of Kish Island

Mirmahna town
It is one of the old areas of Kish and recently construction operations have been carried out to develop this area. This town was known as Sefin in the past and is located in the western part of the island. Phase F1 and F2 in this town are more interesting due to its new construction.
Old neighborhoods of Kish
With the passage of time and economic growth and the tourism industry in Kish Island, the construction of modern residential settlements in Kish increased. The old texture of this island was limited by the arrival of immigrants and the expansion of modern design to attract foreign tourists. Old houses can be seen only in some areas of the island, and every year the settlements on the island, which were inhabited by Kish natives, are reduced. Until the early 1950s, each settlement had a specific area and the people there were engaged in animal husbandry and agriculture.
"Safin New" neighborhood in the east of the island is a new place for the natives of Kish to live. In the old days, Kish Island was divided into 6 villages with the names Mashe, Bagho, Old Sefin , Diho, Sejam and Al hele.
Kish island boulevards
The new Sefin neighborhood is where the natives were forced to move to this neighborhood. In the past, everyone did agriculture and animal husbandry in their village according to the potential available on the island. With the beginning of the development of Kish Island as a tourist island, all the native areas of the island were destroyed in order to start the construction of hotels and recreational areas on this island. Because of this, the natives had to move to a new neighborhood to live.
Baqo Kish neighborhood
Baqo is located in the south of the island and now, except for a few families who are engaged in agriculture and animal husbandry, no one else lives on this island. Access to this settlement is possible through Baqo road. The fertility of Baqo neighborhood is very famous in the past and all kinds of native plant species of Kish Island can be seen in this area. Due to the capability of this area, Deliran Park with an area of 60 hectares was built to beautify the island. Most of the people of Baqo moved to Safin neighborhood.
Old Sefin neighborhood of Kish
The mood of the old architecture of Kish Island can be seen in Sefin neighborhood. This neighborhood was one of the most populated settlements in the past. Old windmills, thatched houses, wooden gutters and aqueducts remain only in this neighborhood and even the people of this village still use local clothes. The old Sefin neighborhood has palm groves that have remained from the past, and most of the people in this village are engaged in gardening and pearl fishing.
