These facilities can include things like internet, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, drinks and food inside the hotel area or mini bar in the room.
By booking a hotel from Ozhan agency Kish, the passenger's reservation information is sent to the hotel, and after the final confirmation of the hotel, the watcher is sent to the passenger.

Otherwise, the hotel may prevent the number of people from entering more than the capacity during the reception.
During the purchase and payment of the hotel, the capacity of the selected hotel may be completed. If this happens after the payment has been made by the traveler, the amount will be automatically returned to the traveler's account and he can book another hotel again. Therefore, deducting the amount from the account is not for the purpose of receiving the hotel voucher, and in case of canceling the purchase, the amount will be returned to the same account through which the purchase was made.
If the hotel refuses to accept the guest despite having a valid watcher, the passenger should contact the support of Ozhan agency Kish to solve the problem as soon as possible. In case the desired hotel does not accept the passenger, Ozhan agency Kish offers a hotel with the same star as the previous hotel and replaces it. If the passenger does not want to change the hotel, the fee received for that reservation will be returned to the passenger.
The reservation of the rooms displayed with the name "Registration of reservation request" is only a request, and if the hotel approves, the possibility of buying and paying for it will be activated. Otherwise, requesting this room does not mean a definite reservation.
